After you submit this application, Habitat’s neighborhood revitalization coordinator will contact you about submitting documents to verify your household income and proof of homeownership. To verify your income you will need to provide a copy of either your most recent income tax return OR three of your most recent pay stubs/Social security benefit statements. To verify your proof of homeownership please provide a copy of your property tax valuation or your homeowner’s insurance.

If you agree to work with Habitat, you will sign a Homeowner Repair Agreement giving the work details and agreeing to pay any costs that may result.

We have no minimum income limit for acceptance into the NR program. Labor is free. Material cost repayment is on a sliding scale system with a minimum of 25% reimbursement required. Please review the income limits listed on our NR webpage.

I certify that the information on this application is accurate, that I own and reside in the property at the address given on this application and that I have no present intention to move or offer my home for sale. I confirm that I have homeowner’s insurance and am current on my premiums. I confirm that any physically able persons residing in my home or visiting for the project day will work alongside the Habitat volunteers. I confirm that, except for the conditions above, my home is a safe place for volunteers. I agree to pay administrative fees assessed by Habitat. I understand that the people working on my house are unpaid volunteers; few, if any are trained in the building trades; and that HABITAT MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ANY MATERIALS USED OR WORK DONE BY ANYONE AT MY HOUSE. I hereby release HABITAT and all associated with it from any and all liability.
