How to Apply

Our Neighborhood Revitalization program accepts applications year-round. We encourage you to read through the information below to learn more about the projects we complete and our program qualifications. To apply, please fill out our online application or contact our neighborhood revitalization coordinator.

2024 Income Guidelines for the Neighborhood Revitalization Program

Program Requirements

  • The household’s annual gross income (before taxes) must fall below the maximum income limit for the household’s size.
  • The project must be reasonable and safe for volunteers.
  • The home must be owner-occupied.
  • The homeowner must plan to stay in the home for at least two years following the completion of the project.
  • The homeowner pays a portion of material costs on a sliding scale based on income.
  • The homeowner invests time to assist with the project as they are able.
  • Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sioux Falls serves Lincoln, Minnehaha and Turner counties.
