Our annual application round for the Homeownership program will be open October 1-31, 2026! Habitat will host an in-person information meeting at 11 a.m. on Friday, September 25 in Meeting Room A of the Downtown Siouxland Library. The meeting is open to the public, and attendees will learn more about the program and Habitat’s plans for the 2027 construction season. After a brief presentation, family selection committee members and Habitat staff will be available from 12-2 p.m. to distribute application packets and answer questions.

We encourage applicants to review information on our Homeownership Program page before attending the meeting. No pre-registration is required. All are welcome, but please arrange childcare for young children.
