Public Information Meetings Moving Online

Public information meetings that were set for March 28 and March 30 have been canceled, due to the community-wide effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19. These meetings will not be rescheduled.

Application Timeline

The new start date for the application drive is Wednesday, July 1, 2020. The deadline to submit an application is 5 p.m. on Friday, July 31, 2020. Habitat is only open to new applicants once a year, for a limited time. Late applications cannot be accepted.

How Can I Get an Application?

Applications will be made available to the public from Monday, June 29, 2020, through Friday, July 31, 2020. Applications cannot be accepted until July 1, 2020. New protocols will be in place this year to limit personal contact during the application process. We will do our best to serve applicants without compromising public health.

Options to receive an application are:

  1. Download and print an application from the website.
  2. Pick up an application packet at the Habitat ReStore at 721 E. Amidon St., Sioux Falls.
  3. Contact Lisa in the Habitat office at 605-274-6290 or lisa.ross@siouxfallshabitat.org for other ways to receive application materials.
