Public Information Meetings Moving Online

Public information meetings that were set for March 28 and March 30 have been canceled, due to the community-wide effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19. These meetings will not be rescheduled.

For the benefit of our applicants, we plan to record an online presentation that will be posted at a later date. We will use our website and social media page to provide this information.

Application Timeline

Since our Habitat ReStore and Administrative Offices are currently closed to the public until further notice, we have postponed our application drive. The start date has been tentatively set for Monday, June 1, 2020, with a deadline of Wednesday, July 15, 2020, at 5 p.m. This is subject to change, if the pandemic crisis should require further delay.

How Can I Get an Application?

Applications will not be available to the public until we open up the application drive. Our tentative plans are to make applications available in the following ways, beginning June 1:

  1. Download and print an application from the website.
  2. Pick up an application packet at the Habitat ReStore or Administrative Office at 721 E. Amidon St. (The building is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
  3. Contact Lisa in the Habitat office at 605-274-6290 or lisa.ross@siouxfallshabitat.org for other options to receive application materials.
